Filing a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content hosted on our cloud services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice that includes:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  2. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on our service;
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email);
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent that includes:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  3. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which vAMP may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown notice;
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

vAMP reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, at its sole discretion.
